So my son starts school in September, and I’ve been having really bad anxiety about it, for all the obvious reasons!

We got our application back and he only got into our last choice (out of 4 schools). I was upset ,because the school was further away and had bad ofsted reports, but I accepted it and thought, what’s meant to be will be.

This morning I received an email and letter saying that there had been a mistake, and he was offered a place at our number 1 choice.

I called the school to confirm and they did, told me I was lucky I called because the introduction evening is TONIGHT.

It’s in a good area and has an outstanding (the highest) ofsted report, it’s half the drive away and so much closer to where I’ll be working.

I’ve been on the verge of crying all morning. God is so good to us, sometimes we are blessed even without asking to be.
