Shooting Pains in Urinary Tract?

Since Saturday I’ve been experiencing what feels like shooting or stinging pain in my urinary tract, but it doesn’t hurt or burn when I pee. I get this pain when I’m standing or walking around. It gets so bad that sometimes I have to stop moving & wait it out.

I went to the doctor yesterday & they said everything in my urine looks good, but they’d send it off to the lab for a full culture & get back to me in 48 hours, MAYBE sooner.

Today it seems to have gotten worse & I feel aching in my upper legs, where my thighs meet my hips & groin (different than my normal pelvic girdle pains).

Does anyone know what else it could be if the culture comes back negative for any sort of UTI? Has anyone experienced something similar? I don’t think it’s nothing. Of course, I will tell the doctor about the continuous pain.

I’m 33+4 if that makes a difference.
