Can I have a McDonald's strawberry milkshake when pregnant?

I am 7 weeks & 5 days pregnant.  I was just wondering if it would be okay to have a milkshake & fries from McDonald's.

Of course!!  You can eat pretty much anything as long as you can keep it down...lol. I am on my 3rd pregnancy and I have never watched what I ate. I eat what I can keep down and that's it.

Yes? It's just mcdonalds. I've eaten it plenty of times while pregnant. However, I only eat their fries, nuggets, and milkshakes. The other stuff makes me sick

Well there are some doctors that advice to avoid soft serve icecream due to listeria during pregnancy.

There will be many that do eat and are just fine.

Me personally I've avoided all the things they recommend not eating while pregnant but that is just my choice, I am the type of person that is on the "better safe than sorry" train...

Of course lol. Anything but cream cheese. Pate, shell fish. Raw or undercooked meats or undercooked eggs

My personal opinion is no one should be eating McDonald's pregnant or not BUT its not going to do harm to your baby. It just isn't good for you guys.
