What’s safe and what’s not?
I use to work out 3-4 times a week before I was pregnant I’m 19 weeks and I haven’t been to the gym once. One because I was sick in the begging and two I work two jobs and I just don’t have the energy to go ever I really want to start working out cuz I heard it’s good for labor but what do I even do? Walk on the treadmill? I’m on my feet 10 hours a day is that considered me working out or no?
