Temperature drop 7dpo

I've been sleeping terribly for the past 2 days but yesterday was the worst woke up several times during the night and I was very sweaty this morning, does this temp dip is because of lack of sleep? Should I consider this temp or just erase it?? Af is in (hopefully not) 9 days I'm I out?? 😕
