What brand of raspberry leaf tea did you ladies buy ? And when should I start taking it ? I’ll be 35 weeks this Friday

I've been drinking one cup since 31wks and I use the pink stork brand. I made a whole gallon and put some honey in it so it's more like iced sweet tea. I'm 34wks now and increased to 2 cups. From what I've read it doesn't necessarily induce labor, it "prepares" your cervix and strengthens your uterus for contractions.

You can start drinking it! I was going to start but keep forgetting. This is the brand I like.

I’ve been taking it for weeks but I don’t remember to drink it everyday. I just got a basic herbal tea at my local grocery store. My doctor says there is nothing that backs up the theory that it will induce labor it is just an herb that was used long before new medicine to help women, but it was recommended to start at 37 weeks with 1 glass a day and then at 38 weeks to drink 3-4 glasses a day. At 38 weeks your body is already, for the most part ready to have a baby. She told me I can drink as much as I want. And I’m at 33.6 days. If you look on the back of any box it says “this has not been evaluated by the FDA” or whatever, it means scientific studies have not been conducted or not enough have been conducted for the FDA to our dosage recommendations on it. I’m actually surprised my doctor even said it was ok since it hasn’t been evaluated by the FDA
