Alright ladies this is something that I’m not to educated in when it comes to bc so I need some help... June 12th I have to get surgery on my shoulder due to an injury. For anyone who doesn’t know when you have to get surgery you have to stop your bc 2 weeks prior due to the risk of clotting.( this is usually only if you’re on a pill that contains estrogen). I’m curious if anyone else has had to do this and if so if you had any issues like unexpected bleeding, etc. I should also put in here that when I took my last birth control pill it was the last pill in my pack for my placebo week so I didn’t stop mid pack.
