Labor Inducing Techniques??

I’m full term and my OB said it’d be great if I went into labor on my own, as opposed to being induced (baby is just a tad bit too big for my body), so can you all share your labor inducing techniques?? The more the merrier, so bring them on!!! 😁

Massage- some massage therapists do not do prenatal massage specifically for induction.  Youd have to call around

Iv tried sex a few times but not worked and also walked for ages in a forest (even had to pee in the forest 😒 was desperate) 😂 but that hasn’t worked either 😥 with my first, I’d just moved house and really wore myself out all day and when I got into bed, contractions started 😆 I was so tired! But I guess I just really wanted to relax and when I did, it kick started it (I was 38 weeks) 
I’m 38 weeks and a few days now currently and nothing yet!

Accupuncture. Call and ask if they can induce.

Sex! Especially if you get cramps afterwards, walk around for a bit. That's what helped me!

Go get a good foot massage. There's apparently a pressure point that can stimulate contractions. Plus, it would feel fantastic!

Raspberry leaf tea (for strengthening uterine contractions)
Pineapple (but you’d need to eat ALOT)
Spicy foods
Caster oil or midwives brew (do your research first)
Exercise ball
Walking- LOTS!! 
Enema
But don’t do any of these without checking with your OB/midwife first ! Everyone’s pregnancy and situation is different, what may be cleared as safe for me might not be for you. I’ve done everything I’ve just listed in the last few weeks and I’m 40+1 still pregnant, but my cervix is 2cm and 80% at least, stretchy and favourable for labour. Best of luck!:)
