Personally, I’m fine with what I weigh right now, but I feel so weak. I wish I had more time to workout. During my pregnancy I pretty much lost all my muscle mass

I’ve already lost my pregnancy weight by simply being stressed in 2 weeks- 
But I’d like to lose the 100 i gained in the year before i became pregnant😂
