No joke,  toothpaste helps bring it to a head. It's the baking soda. That and as someone else mentioned, hot compress!!

Hot compress. Other than that, leave it alone. Doing too much trying to get it to go away will only irritate it more. Just stick with normal wash and moisturize routine and any skin treatments that you regularly use. Also I found that aloe vera really helped with acne inflammation.

I've heard a remedy of crushing an aspirin and making into a paste and applying for 10 minutes I believe. Should help the inflammation
