Postpartum diet plans?
I’m not saying I want/need to lose weight right away, but my eating habits are out of control right now and I’m edging on 40 lbs weight gain when I was already about 30 lbs overweight to begin with.
Does anyone have a plan for what they’ll eat once they give birth? I’d love to think I can get my portion control in check but I know with the new baby plus my toddler and my husband working I’m going to have a hard time! Maybe just sticking to Lean Cuisines and fruits and veggies for a while will help? I’m not going to have time to prepare much I’m guessing.
