Nurse taking pictures right after delivery.

So my husband and I were talking about our csection. I told him we dont need a video but to have his phone to take pictures so he can take pictures after he is officially here. He basically told me no way he was taking pictures. I told him he needed to have the phone because one of the nurses might take a picture after they hand him to my husband. He then said we will see. Do you think it's a argument worth it or to just get pictures afterwards? I guess it's the hormones, but he has been doing things to make me think I'm going to have to be the bad guy to make him involved with our son.
