Endometrial lining

I got results yesterday from a recent ct scan as I’ve been in horrendous pain. ( I do have pcos) I have “bulky” ovaries as the doctor put it, my left is way more enlarged then my right and I have a large complex cysts on it. She was also talking about my endometrial lining being at 20mm. She didn’t really explain much just pushed me to get into my Gyno ASAP! Has anyone dealt with this sort of thing!
