Which name is better?

My husband and I have been calling our peanut Ellie since the test came back positive. Now that we know it’s a girl, we’re sold on the nickname but we’re having trouble deciding what the long name should be. 
Any other options you can think of that would lead to a nickname Ellie would be much appreciated!
Last name is Nada.

My mom (Elizabeth) never goes by Ellie, but I heard it as a NN for that name recently and fell in love!
