Hot flashes & constipation?

Hi ladies I'm pretty confused and could use some help. So this app tells me I ovulated the 4th and my period is expected on the 18th. My other ttc app tells me I ovulated the 3rd and my period is expected the 13th. And I've been having strange symptoms like hot flashes constipation and cloudy pee?? Some nausea and head aches too. What do you ladies think is going on? Am I just sick??? Something else??? What would you do?
