I am 35+3 and had a doc appointment yesterday she checked me and I am 1cm dilated. I've been having cramps on and off in my lower belly since she did. Then having cramps in my back mainly up top.

I woke up this morning just not feeling right. My stomach feels nasty and I am having cramps going through my lower belly, back, and butt. I told my mom and she said it could be labor pains to watch it and time them. So far they last about 30 seconds and come every minute or so then stop for a bit then hit again.

Just need to know from my already mommies if this could be the start of labor? Or what I should watch for. If the cramps get worse I will go into the doc.
