40+1 contraction question help!
Started having severe pressure last night. Heartbeat is good on baby. But she isn't moving around a ton. My belly keeps tightening up for about 40-60sec every couple minutes. This just started about 20min ago. They don't hurt, but you can noticeable tell it gets really hard and tight then releases after a minute. Is this a contraction?? FTM
