Positive? Possible miscarriage? HELP!

Okay y’all. I post on here a lot about possible BFP but I need your help today ! I’ve been having pelvic pain the last few days, which I normally get before AF. But still no period. My periods are always late so I never know when I’m going to start. I decided to take a test today and got what is pictured below. My question is , is it to early to get a positive? I’m so worried I may be having another chemical or miscarriage. I don’t want to tell my husband and break his heart if it turns out it’s nothing. I’m a month shy of trying for 3 years . Please help a girl out. Besides pelvic pain, my pee has been noticeably darker , and my boobs are a tad sore. Other than that I really don’t feel like I have any symptoms which is what happened when I miscarried. I thought I had a UTI yesterday because it was hurting to pee a little. Well not really TO PEE just hurt after. I took 3 azos. Could this cause false positive?. Also took the ovulation test pictured on May 24th
