All things I need to know about the first Trimester?

Hey guys, I just found out I’m pregnant and I’m SOO excited and I wanna make sure I do EVERYTHING right. So ladies help me out what all do I need to know for the first trimester? Some must haves/ must do/ must know? Thanks ladies!!

You’re probably not going to feel like eating very healthy things. Just eat what your body wants and can keep down, and fit in the healthy stuff when you can. Take your prenatals, and by second semester most start to feel worlds better. First trimester was just getting through. Between working full time and adjusting to pregnancy, I simply did not have the energy to exercise or some days do stuff around the house. Cut yourself some slack. I’m 20 weeks and starting a few weeks ago my appetite started to go back to normal and I began exercising regularly. Just enjoy what you can. Even the not so fun parts are a blessing!

Stay hydrated! I feel extra run down and deal with pregnancy symptoms terribly when I haven't had enough water.

Try and eat healthy while you can, by my 6.5-7th week, anything healthy went out the window and I could literally only stomach toast with butter or plain crackers. Eat while you have an appetite!

You’re going to be sick, you’re going to be tired constantly, and your boobs are going to hurt. There will be days where you feel like you can’t even do it anymore (I’m having one right now). 
Stock up on crackers, hard candy, mints, and ginger ale. You’ll get through it. And then in the end you get a precious little baby out of it.

Remember all women are different... some have symptoms and some don’t... doesn’t mean you won’t have a successful pregnancy 😊 so if you feel sick one day... then you don’t the next... that’s still ok 👍🏻
