So I'm 1day from AF and I wasn't going to test until but yesterday I had these cramps in my side to lower abdomen that killed me . It felt as if a Train ran into my side and Trying to make it's way out of my hoooohaaaa. So I went to the hospital afraid of taking any pain meds or maybe just cause I was scared as heck and never felt like this before . So of coarse they ask you of your prego so I told them how I've been Ttc .

They performed blood and urine test no signs of pregnancy. They even performed an ultra sound . The lady said my ovaries do not look like they're going into a menstrual cycle. I'm so confused they performed scans and all but I'm perfectly healthy . They told me to just take some pain relievers . But I'm so confused my AF is like clock work so of I'm not prego why would my would my ovaries look like there not about to go into my menstrual but I'm healthy ? I've never missed a beat . I'm so confused .
