Not sure if I’m doing this whole keto diet thing correctly

I have a probably of not eating 3 times a day so I only eat when I’m hungry. I have cut out all the things you’re supposed to cut out when doing keto. I’m on day 3 and I’ve eaten

Day 1: two Goat Brots & two eggs

Drink: water

Day 2: A bowl from chipotle with extra chicken, guacamole, lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes

Drink: Water

Day 3: A organic natural grown turkey burger, (6pc) organic shrimp, 2 organic brown eggs

Drink: Water
