Being switched to sprintec.. please help.

I posted something earlier but wanted to use more detail. I’m currently on a tri phasic pill. I’m switching because I started spotting before my bleed, and I get shooting breast pains. My doctor is switching me to monophasic Sprintec.

I looked up reviews and I’m TERRIFIED NOW. I keep reading that people lose hair, their boobs get huge ( I’m already a D and self conscious about it) and anxiety is worse. I’m really scared to even try this pill. I don’t even know what to do.
