Organs and postpartum

Van they still be out of place 9 months postpartum? Or could they settle back into the wrong place? When I overeat it feels full and more sore than before pregnancy kind of to the left side. I also had a weird lump left pelvic region that has disappeared but I think I it just moved up a bit and I can feel something there than on my my left side. I'm freaking out that my organs moved back into totally new spots .
