Anyone ever have post partum hemorrhage?

I had a c section and it's been about a week since my bleeding stopped. Today I've started heavily bleeding, it's coming out so fast. I don't have any cramping, pain or any other symptoms. Should I be worried? My  c section was 2 weeks ago.

I had twins and two days pp from a c section, I suddenly bled A LOT.  Like a scary amount. I immediately went to the ER.  I had filled two huge hospital pads in under 30 mins. I wouldn’t wait!

I had one after this birth. It was about 24 hours after the birth. Any large clots or heavy bleeding to were you are filling a pad in an hour call your doc. It happened all of a sudden and twice. I wouldn’t wait if your worried.

I’m not speaking from experience, but I know they say if you fill up a pad within an hour to call. I think other symptoms they associated with postpartum hemorrhage is headaches, and upper quadrant abdominal pain. Hope everything is okay!
