Baby constantly hungry ?!

My baby is 5 days old and I am currently breastfeeding, I’m almost positive I’m producing enough because I occasionally pump and I get about 1-2 ounces. However my baby will feed on each side for roughly 8-10 minutes then fall asleep and the second I put him down he starts acting extremely hungry again.. what do I do 😭 I’m so tired but he wants to live on the boob or in my arms. Help this momma at least get 3 hours of sleep tonight 🥺🥺

Cluster feeding, he will go in and out of cycles like this for the first few months. You are producing enough, he's just really eager to grow. There really isn't anything to do about it unless it's comfort nursing. You can try replacing boob with a paci and then calming baby down.
White noise will be your bestfriend at night and for naps.

Make him feed for longer, wake him/her up , burp them, tickle their feet, blow gently on his face, tickle his head, beck, cheeks, use a cold wash cloth

My baby is also 5 days old :) 
This is normal. Some people use a pacifier to help but it’s your choice. Nursing is comforting to a baby. They don’t always breastfeed to eat and can actually move their mouth in a way that they are nursing but not actually eating. So basically your the pacifier. This gives them the feel good hormones and helps them fall asleep. As they get older they will feed longer and not pass out so quickly. My little girl is the same way and all my other kids were as well. Zero sleep happening here!! This is why they say to sleep when baby does (even during the day). She has her days and nights mixed up also so she actually sleeps well during the day and screams and angry eats at night. She will briefly sleep at night and then we are back to screaming. So we are having her nap during the day with lights on and not trying to be super quiet (we have 3 boys so not hard there). Hoping she will start being awake more at daytime and sleep more at night. Today she was awake a lot more during the day so we will see how tonight goes lol. 
Also you can tell if baby is getting enough milk by having enough wet and poopy diapers through the day. Also he/she will be gaining weight now.

Cluster feeding is normal especially that toung. Just feed them on demand. I swear my son ate every 30 minutes the first week or two and then slowly transitioned to once per hour until he was like 2-3 months. I always was feeding and had no supply problem.

Although exhausting it’s perfectly normal! I agree with what others have said about work to keep babe awake as much a possible during a feeding and to get in a solid feeding. I found putting babe need to me would immediately wake her up vs trying all the tricks to wake her in my arms. I would feed and do this on and off for 45 mins or so and then she’d sleep an hour and repeat. But that meant at least twice a day/night she’d sleep 3-4 hours which was worth it! Now at almost 9 weeks she nurses for an hour every 2-3 hours which is exhausting and makes it almost impossible to get anything done during the day, but she is sleeping 6-7 hours at night which again makes it worth it!

Feed him laying down that's how my baby used to feed and if he fell asleep I would just gently get off my bed and go lay in the bottom of the bed lol it helped me get 1 hr of sleep at least in between feedings my baby also used to cluster feed drove me insane but here I am 6 months in and he is still breastfed and hes  22 lbs 😊

It’s so tough at the start I’m 5 weeks pp and exclusively Bf and my baby cluster fed for up to 70 mins all in one go one night then when I put her down she wanted more!! U just gotta push through and in the day time wake ur baby every 3/4 hours this should reduce the clusterfeeding in the night time. Good luck xx

Sounds like cluster feeding. Since you’re pumping are you feeding her what you’re pumping as well? Or pumping and storing in addition to feeding? If pumping and storing she may actually not be getting as much as she wants from you so you might want to try giving her some of the expressed milk and see if that settles here
