Do you use OPKs or check other fertility signs ? I think coverline will show up have you temp 1 more day since it needs 3 temps higher than the previous 6.

Got my coverline today. Definitely a few days later than the last 6 months so I expect AF to be late.

I would say 22, unless there were other factors affecting your temp during that range.
