Breastfeeding while pregnant

I can’t find anything online so I’ll try here.

I have just recently found out I’m pregnant. Still nursing my 15month old. I’ve been having bad gas with gas cramps and constipation.

My son has been having bright green poop and horrible gas just like me. Our diets have not changed.

Do you think the pregnancy hormones are making his tummy do that?

Or possibly a stomach bug? I don’t know how he would get any type of sickness since we stay home 24/7 and no children come over.
