Preaclampsia? 24 urine

Question

Got my 24 hour urine results in after having a few high blood pressure readings. Does this indicate preaclampsia? I haven't heard from my doctor yet this morning and I keep hearing different things from people. I'll be 36 weeks tomorrow. Thanks!
