Would you accept a cheap ugly engagement ring?

My friends and I were having this discussion about engagement rings... if a guy proposes to you with a very cheap and ugly ring, will you accept the ring? Personally for me, I wouldn’t. I expect him to know my style and what I would like. A girl dated this man for good 15 years and when it was time to engage her, he gave her £100 ring! Sorry, but at least save up a little for my ring. If u don’t have the money then let’s just carry on waiting
