Newborn constipated?

She’s almost 6 weeks old. She’s only pooped once in 2 days. She very gassy and seems to be getting frustrated when she tries pooping. She’s breastfeed with some formula supplementing

Try rubbing her tummy or doing bicycle motion with her legs

It’s normal especially if breast fed. Newborns are just learning how to poop. I doubt she’s constipated. Babies on formula can go up to 5-7 days without pooping and breast fed babies can go up to 1-2 weeks without pooping.

I’m not sure how it works with formula supplementing but I do know it’s normal for a breastfed baby to go up to 10 days without pooping before it’s considered an issue! I’d just ask your pedi what’s a normal since you use both.
