Left and right

Anyone having issues with hand expressing and switching between left and right? Still have colostrum so not pumping, milk coming in slowly but I get a good action with the left but the right I have problems getting a good rhythm and its always still full after. I make the right one sore keep trying. Getting sick of topping my lil man up with formula.

Also I always feel sick and have an acidic tummy after. I eat before and have snacks and drinks during expressing but still always feel rubbish after and have tummy pains.

Any ideas ladies. Had baby tuesday via c section after being induced failed.
