Have you left your 2 year old overnight with anyone?

I'm a single parent and can't leave my son with anyone overnight so I've been watching him myself for 2 years straight. No nights out, nothing. Kinda gathered that being a single parent means you get no social life and should expect being disappointed by stuff like not being able to attent concerts, go shopping for ages or afford to get my hair done. All while my ex who doesn't pay child support is swimming in money.

The only time I have left my 2 1/2 year old over night was the two nights I was in the hospital to give birth to number two! I hate being away from my babies!🤷🏽‍♀️

I had to live her overnight at my sister in law when i gave birth to her brother in January.. she actually liked it there because she likes to play with her cousins! 🤗

We have left her several times overnight with her Nana and they both have the best time. Being able to sleep in those days have been pretty amazing but I always miss her and cant wait to go pick her up.

I had to vote yes more than once, but it has rarely happened. We take her everywhere with us. She’s our little buddy and unless absolutely necessary, she rolls where we roll. I think we would’ve let her stay overnight more often if we lived closer to family still, but the family we live near now I just don’t feel as comfortable leaving her with because it’s my dad and brother and they’d probably only feed her Doritos and have her watch tv. I don’t even let them babysit for a couple hours. I miss living near my husbands family. Or even close to my mom. They spoiled her and doted on her, and if we still lived close, I probably would’ve taken advantage of that more often.

The only person I've left my oldest with was my mom while I delivered her sister. Otherwise either myself or my husband has been with her every night.

Only when I was in labour with her brother last year, she was with her aunt for 11 hours before hubby picked her up, and I left the hospital around 14 hours after birth so I could go home to my baby and hubby lol

Twice with my dad/step mom and a couple times with my mom. I am very picky lol. I am also a wimp and don’t like leaving her.
