Tips for having sex after baby

Does anyone have any tips about having sex for the first time after baby? What was it like for you? Did you enjoy it? How many weeks PP were you?

I’m kind of terrified about it hurting which I know it’s different for everyone. I’m worried that it will feel totally different for my bf as well! Etc! Etc!

I had baby back at the end of March. And my bf works out of town and drives back Friday evenings so he can be here the whole weekend. Surprisingly I feel more confident in my skin than I did before even getting pregnant. Because of that, I sent him lingerie pictures last night and he loved them. My boyfriend is definitely so silly about sex and I love that about him although I would like it to be more serious this time. So my plan was to wear the lingerie from the pictures once baby is asleep and just text him to come to the room OR just surprise him wearing the outfit in the living room while he’s watching tv. ALSO I’m lucky our baby sleeps through the night! So my lovely little one isn’t a huge problem.
