If semen can get inside your vagina without a penis penetrating, you can also get pregnant. So technically, no, sex isn’t the ONLY way! 
Side note, I hope that some of these women being a tad bit rude think before they judge. This could be a younger girl who is curious and trying to educate themselves.

No intercourse is not the only option. You go to a fertility clinic or for instance I knew this one lesbian couple who wanted a child and they had a man deposit his semen into a turkey baster. I know the turkey baster thing sounds odd, but she didn’t want to have sex with a man and her and her Wife decided they’d try that before visiting a fertility clinic. (Please no hate on the comment, I’m just relaying a story)
