How do you lose weight and keep your curves?

I had a baby two years ago. I’ve gotten back into shape since then (maybe a year ago), but I feel like for the last year or so that I’ve plateaued (spelling?) I’m 5’4” and 138 pounds. I can wear a size five pants and most medium size clothes fit me. But I still have problem areas: muffin top, chub run between the thighs (I get a rash if I wear shorts), and lunch lady arms (giggle by tricep area when you hold your arms out and wiggle them). Also, I don’t feel like you can really see much definition (particularly in my arms).

I think if I do more cardio, that could help. But my husband doesn’t think I should lose anymore weight because then I won’t have anymore curves. I’ve already lost some curves as it is - smaller butt and boobs, as I weigh less now than I did pre pregnancy.

I go to the gym four days a week. I do HIIT, boot camp, and a ‘total body’ class that uses weights and the step. Sometimes I stay after class for extra cardio.

Any recommendations?

Heavier weights/Less reps?

Lighter weights/more reps?

More/less cardio?

TIA!
