Has anyone struggled with fertility after a missed ab (miscarriage)... I’m only 24 years old and I’m kind of freaking out.

I have a 3 year old, found out i was pregnant last June, when i went for my first ultrasound/appointment there was a sack but no baby inside... i ended up having a D&C and have not been able to conceive since... anyone in similar situations? Or any tips? I’m scared ..
