Do you have PPD?
How are other moms dealing with PPD? I've been scared to ask for help up until today. Honestly I'm still scared, but I know I need too. PPD progressed so fast, I thought I was going to be okay, but I am definitely not. Admitting that I need professional help was hard. I probably waited longer than I should have.
