Egg stall?

Has any one had issues with egg growth after taking femara in preparation for an iui? I'm in the middle of my 3rd cycle and this cycle I've have 3 ultrasounds already to check diameter and they are just not growing the way they should. Has anyone dealt with this? Do you guys have any advice? I already feel like a failure everytime an iui fails and because I've been trying and failing to convince for over 2 years and now this is happening. I honestly don't know what to do or how to feel.
