Pelvic pain 2 days after ovulation

Hi, has anyone experienced a real ache in the their lower pelvis 2/3 days after ovulation. I’ve never had this before and have pcos, it aches to the point I’ve taken some pain killers and it’s only left side right in there. Not a getting my hopes up thing more a should I be worried (ruptured cyst) thing.
