how do i change my eating habits?

i haven’t been eating well lately and i’m not sure why. i have an early bird shift (2am) so my mornings start fairly early. when i wake up i eat a granola bar and feel completely full all the way until i get off. then i eat breakfast and nothing else for the rest of the day. i know its not healthy for me but i’m just simply not hungry.

i’ve tried to just force myself to eat at least 2 full meals a day and i’ll end up either throwing it all up or feeling sick for the rest of the night. i don’t eat fast food and i only cook my food.

some days i’ll eat a meal and some snacks,

some days i’ll only have a granola bar,

and some days i just don’t eat anything.

i’ve noticed my stomach has stopped growling and my feeling of hunger has long gone past...

i have occasionally (maybe 2 or 3 times) passed out while doing absolutely nothing.. (i related it to not nourishing my body enough)

i’m aware that this is not healthy for me.

i’m aware that i should be eating 3 meals a day.

i’m aware not feeling hungry anymore is bad.

but i don’t know the first step in helping myself.
