CM what’s this?

TMI - Sorry for the image, but I need some guide over this, I’m 12 dpo and still missing 2 days for my AF (hope doesn’t come) I’ve been having cramps since 8dpo and my boobs are about to explote, all my HPT came negatives, so I didn’t wanna test today (12 Dpo) but today my CM looked clear and lumpy, and I’ve been feeling weird like itchie, could be an infection?
