My doc wants me to come in for another check on Monday when I’ll be 40w2d to possibly put in a Foley bulb. Then, I would go home with it and see if I dilate and it falls out overnight.

I have been so bad at the cervix checks that I genuinely worry I won’t be able to handle them putting it in. My doc hasn’t been able to do a sweep because I tighten up and am so uncomfortable during the checks.

Does anyone have an experience with the Foley bulb to share?
