Been having mild cramps, nauseous, super horny!! And I’ve had egg white ish cm,, just last night and a little today.

You could be just now ovulating. There is no clear temp shift in your chart to confirm ovulation after your positive OPK. A positive OPK is an indicator your body is trying to O, but not a guarantee it will. I would take another OPK with that EWCM going on and increased sex drive.
