Best sleep schedule for 3 year old?

What’s the best sleep schedule for my 3 year old? She doesn’t sleep well at all and is always angry... what can I do?

My son is 3.5. He wakes up at 6:10 for school M-F, naps/rest time 12:15-2:30, and bed time around 7:15. 
On the weekends, he sleeps til about 7am, naps 12-3, and bed around 7:15.

Maybe she needs to be evaluated by a specialist? 
Lack of sleep can make you angry, but WHAT is causing her to sleep poorly is the question that need to be answered the most.
My almost year old daughter gets up at 7 30- 8 am. She has a one hour nap at noon. And shes in bed and ASLEEP by 9 PM. She sleeps uninterrupted from 9 PM till 7 30- 8 am.
Shes all smiles all day from the time she wakes up till she goes down for the night. But that's just my child. 
You need to address this with pediatrician and they can recommend a specialist.
Has she very been diagnosed with lip or tongue ties? Reflux? Ear infections that keep coming back? Eye problems? Anything can trigger poor sleep habits. Unfortunately without a proper assessment and diagnosis,  nobody can tell you if theres an underlying condition that's causing her to have very poor sleep habits,  or if shes just being a hard headed 3 year old child, like many can be.
