I need some help! IB or early period?

So I took a couple pregnancy tests that looked positive but could be an evap line. All are the same kind of test but came in a different box. I’m not sure how to interpret 3 “evap” lines if they aren’t positive. At 10dpo I had some brown discharge with swollen boobs, sore nipples and left sided pelvic pain. Today. I am 11dpo and had an Increase in discharge that was mostly dark brown but a little red. I have had cramping on and off all day. I am due for my period in 4 days. Do you all think this is IB or early period?!?!
