baby cold sore ?

my son is 3 months old and this just appeared on his lip. his dad gets cold sores but will NEVER kiss him or even hold him without washing his hands. I don't get cold sores. does this look like one or something else. my sons constantly drooling and has his hands in his mouth. do I need to go to the emergency room. his doctor is closed until Monday

Itll go away. I see it lol my son had this the other day on his lower lip and it was gone by later that night. No idea what it was but I got scared too lol
