I sneezed today and peed on myself 😩 I never had this problem with my other two pregnancies can kegels help?

Yep, kegels will help strengthen the muscles that hold in your pee lol. I just started "snizzling" (I guess that's the word for it) a week or two ago. So annoying. ,😂

Kegels help but you have to keep up with them forever haha. I have been really sick this pregnancy and too lazy to keep up with them so been wearing pantiliners. I'll eventually get back to doing them again.

I coughed and pees the other day 😂 honestly startled me.. but it’s only the beginning. Definitely do those kegals

I did the same thing yesterday! It shocked me! It never happened with my first pregnancy.
