When is it best to start shopping

Hey I’m 16 weeks and wanted to know when is the best time I should start getting things for my baby I’m scared to start early some people said wait until I’m 5 months pregnant 😏

Whenever you want. I am leaving the smaller items like clothes that people normally like to buy for my registry. But everything else I have spread out so I am not buying it all at once. My last pregnancy we waited until the last possible second and only had the essentials before my son was born.

I’m waiting at least until 20-30 weeks. I see no reason to get things earlier. That’s just my preference. I’m nearly 16 weeks now, so maybe another month or two.

We have purchased the furniture for Nursery, but will wait to buy clothes/essentials until after the shower to see what we get! 😍

We started getting the bigger items when I was 8 weeks. We’re having a baby shower but I don’t expect people to buy the crib or bassinet or pack and play. Honestly whenever you’re ready go ahead and shop. We also found really good bundles of soaps and lotions so we got that as well.

I usually wait until after my baby shower, but since this is my 3rd child I decided not to have one.  I started shopping the moment I found out the gender.  Already bought double stroller, car seat, and clothes 🤗 for my Princess 💕.
