Successful IUI sperm count for that cycle?

Question

My husband and I just did our first IUI and the count was 9.0 million. Just wondering if anyone has had successes with something similar? (Our fertility issue is that I have a blocked fallopian tube).

Just had our first  IUI with 10.6 million. Currently in TWW. From the research studies I’ve looked at 9 million and up seem to have the best success for IUI. 
But if his post wash is 9 million there’s likely a male factor contributing to infertility in my opinion but I’m certainly no doctor.
