Our daughter isn't sleeping at night, any suggestions?

Our daughter just hit the two week mark and she isn't sleeping away night.  She's an angel all day, and a hell raiser all night.  She's been getting fed enough and changed regularly. Sometimes holding her and moving around puts her out,  but it's not much more than 5 minutes after getting put down that she goes nuclear again, and holding her all night is just not possible.  Just had a scheduled pediatrician appointment today,  she's on track in every category and she doesn't have any health concerns.  We've tried music, sound machine,  she doesn't really have much interest in pacifiers.
Looking for ideas or at least some commiseration.

If she's only 2 weeks old, she's still in what they call the 4th trimester. She will need your constant love and comfort. 
There's also a big growth spurt at 2 weeks, 1mo, 6w, etc. They have multiple growth spurts where they need more good and comfort in the first year of life.
It's hard, I know, but just understand all your baby knows is their mothers womb and heartbeat, and needs that closeness and comfort that a bassinet or crib can't give her. Take turns, look into cosleeping following the Safe Sleep 7 outlined by the La Leche League, ask a family member for help.

She is 2 weeks old, I wouldn't expect any sort of sleeping angel at such an early age. She's still very new to the world and still has to adapt to her surroundings so she's going to be relying on you mama, to cuddle her, make her feel secure and safe. She'll get used to it when she's ready to, could be a few weeks or months. X

Not to discourage you but my baby girl is 15 weeks old and STILL doesn't sleep during the night. She sleeps exactly how she did when she was a newborn. Up every 1.5-2 hrs during the night and she hardly naps. Shes completely happy during the day so I know she doesn't need any more sleep. I think some babies just are lacking the sleeping gene hahaa.

She is still fairly new but I’ve always believed in getting them in a routine anyway. When I had my first child, I asked my pediatrician what I can do so I can get my son to sleep at night because eventually I’d have to go back to work and would like to have a sleeping baby at night. Her suggestion was: during the day, have the lights on, have background noise and feed him often. When it’s time for bed, dim the lights, lower the noise and put him to sleep (whether that’s rocking him or however you put him to sleep) and put him in the crib. If he wakes up, don’t play with him, don’t interact with him so he doesn’t take it as a time to play. When he wakes up give him the bottle, burp him and right back in the crib. I did this with both my kids (my friends think I’m lucky), and it’s worked out for me. My son started sleeping all night by 3 months but then I didn’t set a routine and by 11 months he would wake up. With my second child I did the same thing but I had a routine with her. At 8:30-9 o’clock I would give her a bath, give her a bottle and go in my room with a dim light and a air purifier that I consider like white noise (can’t sleep without it) and she was asleep by 9:30-9:45. My daughter was sleeping through the night by her 3 months as well. Now it didn’t happen overnight either! First she’d wake up once a night before she started sleeping through the night. She’d fall asleep at 9:30 and wake up at 12:30, then 3:30, then 6:30. Eventually she’d sleep at 9:30, sleep through until 5:30 and so on. She’s now 21 months and she sleeps through the whole night! Try it out. Get your baby in a routine!
